Review & Resolution
Our veterinary team will review your claim within 72 hours. We’ll work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include treatment reimbursement, horse replacement, or purchase price refund.

- All claims must be supported by documentation from a licensed veterinarian
- Treatment must be approved by our veterinary team for reimbursement
- We reserve the right to have the horse examined by our veterinarian or designated representative
